Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Software Development team focused on application development. Your strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle will be key to driving our projects to success.

• Facilitating scrum events: organising and facilitating key Scrum meetings and workshops
  
  
• Supporting the team: helping the team self-organise and work cross-functionally, removing any obstacles that may impede their progress
  
  
• Coaching team members: providing guidance and support to team members in Agile practices and the Scrum framework
  
  
• Assisting the product owner: working closely with the product owner to manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories and well-defined and prioritised
  
  
• Promoting continuous improvement: encouraging the team to identify and implement process improvements during retrospectives and throughout the development process
  
  
• Tracking progress: using metrics and data to monitor team performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement
  
  
• Maintaining Agile practices: ensuring that team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or IT Project Manager
  
  
• Master of Agile methodologies, the Scrum framework and software development lifecycle
  
  
• Skilled in crafting Epics, User Stories, and documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
  
  
• Fluent English for daily communication
  
  
• Hands-on experience with code repositories
  
  
• An energetic, organised, and collaborative team player with a knack for problem-solving
  
  
• Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and fostering creativity
